Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Wireless Foreman to lead our wireless construction teams in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless communication systems. As a Wireless Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of wireless projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality wireless solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of tower technicians and other crew members engaged in construction, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Act as the point of contact for on-site operations, maintaining open communication with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Oversee and actively participate in tower construction activities, including assembly, erection, antenna installation, grounding, testing, and system optimization.
• Ensure completion of site-specific closeout documentation and upload required files to customer platforms.
• Manage and maintain daily paperwork and administrative requirements for both the site and crew operations.
• Conduct and oversee testing activities, including sweep, Passive Intermodulation (PIM), and fiber testing, ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide leadership and on-the-job training to crew members, fostering development and teamwork while promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they remain in operational condition for project use.
• Operate specialized equipment and tools, including Capstan hoists, and rigging hardware, for advanced lifting and construction tasks.
• Model and ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and EHS protocols, demonstrating a proactive commitment to workplace safety.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 4-5 years of industry experience, with at least one year as a Foreman running crews
