We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents and patients.
About the Role:
- As a Registered Nurse on our evening shift, you will be responsible for providing hands-on patient care, assessing and reporting patient conditions, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with our skilled nursing team to ensure our residents and patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Registered Nurse responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and evaluating patient conditions, including vital signs and medical histories
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida
- Minimum of [insert min. years of experience] years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
