This role involves working with mechanical and electrical components while ensuring quality and safety standards. Essential Functions: Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools Follow work instructions, drawings, and SOPs Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics Record results in computer systems Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements Report issues related to materials, processes, or equipment Support Lean/5S initiatives Maintain a safe, organized work area Complete production documentation Support installations (1020% travel) Competencies High school diploma or GED Ability to read technical instructions Basic computer skills Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and in teams Effective communication skills Education and Experience 13 years manufacturing or assembly experience Electromechanical or medical device experience Familiarity with Lean or 5S Experience with electrical testing tools Physical Demands and Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate. Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing. Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift/move 50 pounds. 30% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer.
