Why You’ll Love Working Here Hybrid schedule: Full-time psychologists are required to be in-office a minimum of two days per week for client appointments; report writing may be completed remotely the remainder of the week. Clear productivity structure: Monthly baseline report requirement with additional compensation for every report completed above the baseline . Competitive earnings: $120,000–$200,000 annually once licensed. Administrative efficiency: Full administrative support, including insurance verification, scheduling, and intake coordination. Streamlined reporting: Use of report-writing software to improve efficiency and accuracy. No travel required . Work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule. Many are referred through Child Protective Services (CPS) and the foster care system, as well as juvenile detention programs.
