Server (Part Time)

Job Overview Servers @ Magnolia Glen provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. Schedule (PT) 4 days/week, 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm and 2 weekend days/month Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $15.50/hr (no tips) Paid Vacation / 401K / Free Meal each shift Responsibilities Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player High school graduate preferred Some serving experience preferred Special Requirements / Certifications Food Handler’s certification preferred but will assist in obtaining Benefits Of course, you will also receive competitive pay and an outstanding total rewards package!
