• Provide newborn care and attend deliveries at the Level I Nursery
  
• Stabilize infants requiring higher level of care until transfer to appropriate facility
  
• Manage pager call coverage during 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM weekend shifts
  
• Handle occasional admissions and phone consults
  
• Collaborate with local pediatric practice to ensure continuity of care
