Our onboarding and training program is unmatched in the industry. Your first 5 days with us will be an exciting, immersive experience. You'll hone a focused skillset, from mastering lead conversion techniques to delivering outstanding buyer/seller presentations and excelling in contract execution. Our goal? To get you showing homes and closing deals as swiftly as possible.
What we expect from our team members:
- An enthusiasm for guiding sellers and buyers through residential real estate transactions
- Expertise in drafting residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
- Ability to conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate property values
