Talent Recruiter
We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the research and recruitment of talents for Sight. They will also be able to develop relationships with our target schools to identify the best.
Responsibilities:
- Research and recruitment of talents for Sight
- Development of relationships with target schools
- Implementation of recruitment programs to attract the best talents
- Pre-selection and interviewing of candidates
- Participation in the implementation of the company's recruitment strategy
- Salary negotiation
Requirements:
- Sharing of our values
- Appetite for recruitment, ideally in an IT&Digital environment
- Good communication skills
- Strong ability to develop relationships
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
