Billing Specialist

Billing SpecialistCrafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.Full-time Billing Specialist professional wanted! The Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily billing, invoice corrections, and creating/maintaining equipment MSO's.This position offers a competitive hourly rate with an excellent benefits package including: Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, Holiday, Personal & Sick pay, Maternity/Paternity leave and more!Specific Duties:Process customer billing & credit invoices in SAP.Verify the accuracy of the invoice information including sales price vs cost, sales tax & freight.Create and maintain Equipment Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for equipment sales.Assist the Credit and Collections team in setting up customer information in SAP & monitoring credit blocks in SAP.Assist the accounting, customer service & sales with invoice & credit memo issues and other miscellaneous tasks as required.Qualifications:3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferably in a medium-to-large company environmentGood communication skills both written and verbalStrong general knowledge of accounts receivable processes with expertise in billingStrong time management skillsIntermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Experience with using SAP is preferableThe ability to handle stress, to manage time and people and to analyze numbersAbout Crafco, Inc.Crafco, Inc. has delivered confidence through innovation, quality, and value to our customers since 1976.
