Clinical Management Consultants is excited to announce that we are hiring for full-time Inside Sales Healthcare Management Recruiters onsite in our beautiful, light-filled office in downtown Austin, TX. At CMC, you will partner with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups to lead searches for nurse leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping strategies that strengthen teams, improve patient outcomes, and advance organizational performance.

Your day-to-day at CMC will include building and managing a client portfolio through consultative business development, scoping roles, and driving end-to-end recruiting. You will research markets, source and screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, present shortlists, advise on compensation and offers, and ensure smooth acceptances and transitions, all while maintaining meticulous pipeline tracking in our CRM.

We're looking for persuasive, data-informed, and highly organized individuals with excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of healthcare or nurse leadership competencies is a plus.
