Our Services Employment Services We partner with people to identify meaningful career opportunities and provide customized employment supports that foster long-term success and independence in the workplace. Residential Services Our residential programs provide individualized supports that help people live safely, independently, and as active members of their communities while honoring each person's goals and preferences. This is 24 hour supports working in a home setting with multiple people. Supported Living & In-Home Services We provide customized supports that help people maintain independence in their own homes and communities. Services are tailored to each individual's unique needs and personal goals. These are one on one supports in people's homes and communities. Children's Services Our Children's Services focus on helping children thrive in safe, nurturing, and supportive environments. We promote growth, independence, and meaningful community participation. The Services Manager – Portland Metro Residential (9th St.) provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered residential services. This role supports and develops advocates, maintains compliance, and partners across departments to create safe, consistent, and inclusive supports for the people we serve. Compensation The starting salary range for this position is $49,146.88–$58,389.69 annually . Lead, coach, and support Lead Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive team culture aligned with ALSO values Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and on‑call response Program & Service Oversight Oversee day-to-day operations of the Alpine residential program Ensure services remain person-centered, rights‑based, and trauma‑informed Support individualized service plans and outcomes Collaborate with Behavior Supports, Nursing, QI, AR, Finance and other partners Compliance & Quality Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, policies, and organizational standards Complete audits, documentation reviews, and corrective actions as needed Ensure timely and accurate documentation and incident reporting Serve as a liaison between advocates, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Communicate clearly with internal and external partners Participate in leadership meetings and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Required Experience supporting people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Supervisory or leadership experience or demonstrated readiness for leadership Strong understanding of person-centered practices Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to on‑call needs Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Portland Metro area 6 months of service at ALSO, completed training for current role and in good performance standing Clear pathways for career growth and leadership development Opportunity to expand scope, influence, and operational experience Supportive, collaborative leadership culture Mission-driven work that makes a meaningful impact #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocates for Life Skills & Opportunity Inc.
