Business Support Representative

Overview Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking to hire an experienced Business Support Representative within the company's Toolroom department. This is a short-term 1-Month contract with the largest public energy provider in the U.S. Job Details Work Location: Sequoyah Road, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week Pay rate: up to $26.50/hour. (DOE) Proposed start date: 09/28/26 Proposed end date: 11/01/2026 Duration: 1 Month contract Responsibilities Fully performs both standard and non-standard transactions in support of the management support services job family. Selects, applies, and explains procedures and practices to identify and resolve discrepancies, research information sources, and document and coordinate results. Typical duties may include providing multifunctional support as an associate with the operation and maintenance of permanent and temporary plant tool rooms. Knows and applies practices and procedures related to purchase and/or stores requisitions, QA requirements, inventory procedures, calibration periods, and tool room activities. Uses all applicable business systems to track inventory, issuance, and return of tools and equipment. Develops and maintains computer inventory listing and utilizes it to ensure adequate inventory. Performs issue, receipt, inspection, and storage of various types of tools and equipment. Trains outage support personnel in the requirements of all aspects of tool room activities. May coordinate assigned work activities of the first two job standard levels. Demonstrated competence at the administrative representative level. Demonstrated proficiencies consistent with contemporary technology. May be required to work overtime and travel. Demonstrated competence at the administrative representative level.
