Senior Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious professional services firm, in growth mode, that is expanding its client base, investing in talent, and building out new practice areas, all while strengthening its infrastructure and market presence.
You’ll operate in a dynamic, high-impact environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to ongoing M&A activity and integration efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just routine accounting, someone who is eager to take ownership, improve processes, and be part of a business that is scaling quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of key areas within the general ledger and financial reporting process
- Support and help lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with teams across the organization to support operational and strategic decisions
- Assist with M&A-related activities, including financial analysis and integration support
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3–8 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
