divh2Customer Sales Specialist/h2pIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our internet services. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding support./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities/h3ulliHandles inbound and outbound customer calls regarding Company products./liliProvides accurate information and guidance on internet services, plans, and promotions./liliTroubleshoots and resolves customer issues effectively and efficiently./liliDocuments customer interactions and maintains detailed records in our CRM system./liliEscalates complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary./liliCollaborates with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction./liliStays updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively./liliStrives to achieve individual and team performance goals./liliOther duties as assigned./liliThis position will require working four (4) weekdays in person at our Metairie, LA office and one (1) day remote from home (Saturday or Sunday).
