Location: Atlanta GA

The Imaging L3 role requires advanced technical expertise and hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune in enterprise endpoint management.

Proven hands-on experience with the Nomad Cache tool, including its implementation, configuration, and optimization to ensure efficient content distribution and minimal network impact during large-scale deployments.

Strong practical experience with PXE-based imaging solutions, which are a critical component of the customer’s image deployment and installation infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting PXE boot issues and ensuring reliable imaging workflows.

Extensive experience in performing Windows Client device upgrades using SCCM Task Sequences, covering both in-place upgrades and feature updates across enterprise-scale environments.

Demonstrated ability to design, create, and modify Operating System Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences to support new operating system versions and deployment requirements.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to customize imaging processes, automate tasks, and diagnose or resolve imaging-related issues efficiently.

Ability to interact directly with end users throughout the upgrade and deployment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and effective resolution of issues to maintain a positive user experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, with a particular focus on deploying and managing Win32 applications as part of modern endpoint management practices.

Working Knowledge on Intune Autopilot Provisioning.
