Technology Manager

GE Vernova’s Engineering & Design team is seeking a Technology Manager to lead development of innovative energy and grid solutions that accelerate the energy transition. In this role, you will guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams across power generation, renewables, and grid technologies, setting technical roadmaps and standards for complex systems and digital tools. You will oversee project execution, system integration, technology selection, and design reviews while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Partnering with global stakeholders, you’ll drive innovation, mentor engineers, and foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on decarbonization and reliability.
