A manufacturing company is seeking individuals to perform assigned labor-intensive tasks and run a metal stamping punch press to produce metal stampings within established run rate. This is a second shift position working 4:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material, scrap removal, and product removal from line or other specific needs with Material Handler
• Report misses, hits, or problems to Production Supervisor and report labor times and part count to appropriate work order on-line router 
• Perform safety and quality checks on equipment, tool readiness prior to use, and run a variety of equipment
• Complete Value Add/Secondary Operations, safety, within the priority determined on the Dispatch List, within specified run-time shown on work order router and attend to the equipment at all times of operation
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner to Production Supervisor
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to support working cooperatively with others to signal material handling needs of production lines, work cooperatively and have regard for others
• Must be computer savvy, able to communicate in English, and have strong follow-through skills
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently while improving own learning and performance, focused effort on goals, work towards improvement
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, and wearing PPE while on the shop floor
• Must have own reliable transportation and a solid work history with no attendance issues
