At 2:30 PM, your day is done—no mandatory overtime, no weekends.

Sign-On Bonus

$1,000 sign-on bonus , paid in four installments of $250 at your 3, 6, 9, and 12-month anniversaries.

What You’ll Build and Do

• Assemble, wire, solder, and repair electronic components and complete systems
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately
• Test and validate performance against product specifications
• Troubleshoot electronic and assembly issues to root cause
• Calibrate and operate test equipment confidently
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals

Compensation & Levels Electronics Assembly Technician I — $18.00 - $19.00 per Hour

• 1+ year of electronics or electrical assembly experience
• Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical principles
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• High attention to detail with solid organization
• Problem-solver who can work independently
• Reliable and punctual for a 6:00 AM start time

Electronics Assembly Technician II — $19.00 - $21.00 per Hour

• 2+ years of electronics or electrical assembly experience
• Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles
• Comfortable interpreting complex blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Self-directed with excellent organization
• Reliable and punctual for a 6:00 AM start time
