He/She will also be responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets. Lead generation, client communication, relationship building & consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets are important job responsibilities. Possessing excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication are prerequisites and the candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client's time-zones whenever required. Candidate is also required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have experience of software development lifecycle, and ability to work & lead team under work pressure and apply skills of programming, project management and client relationship building.
