Our veterinary receptionists have a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day clinic operations and we have an amazing team to support your future growth and development. Responsibilities Client service and communication Welcoming and discharging patients Managing multi-line phones Setting up new clients and patients Over the counter sales and financial transactions General hospital cleaning Schedule, benefits and compensation This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, and an expected 30-40 hours scheduled per week. We are open 7 days a week with extended urgent care hours in the evenings. This position is expected to include some weekend and evening shifts, which include scheduling up to 11pm. Swing shift coverage includes a generous shift differential. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00/hour, based on experience $1.00 shift differential for swing shifts Health package: Medical, dental, and vision with HSA option Life Insurance and Disability 401k Excellent PTO increasing up to 160 hours of accrual based on tenure!
