Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Multiple Logistics Scheduler to join their team. As a Logistics Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability.

Location: Forest City, IA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20 p/h

Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend/convert

Shifts available:

7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs and ensure work order requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in controlling inventory and processing orders with accurate scheduling data and special instructions.
• Coordinate daily workload with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders and demand requirements.
• Deliver daily plans and orders to relevant personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED completed prior to start date.
• Between 1 and 2 years of related job experience in logistics or production scheduling.
• Proficiency in coordinating schedules, collecting reports, and placing supply orders.
• Effective communication skills, short-term planning, and basic mathematical abilities.
• Ability to work on assignments of standardized difficulty with an intermediate level of proficiency.
