Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York State, our property, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, delivers a scenic escape designed for relaxation and play. With thoughtfully curated amenities, we provide modern and memorable culinary, leisure, and wellness experiences.
At Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality in an elegant, welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, professional Bell Person to be the first and last point of contact for our guests — ensuring their experience is seamless, comfortable, and memorable from arrival to departure. This is a part-time, weekend position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage, and packages
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel amenities and services.
- Deliver items such as mail, messages, or special requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entryway, and bell closet areas.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, and Concierge to ensure smooth guest service.
- Provide directions, recommendations, and general hotel information.
- Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with a passion for guest service.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
