PRACTICE MANAGER

Description \r Job Summary: The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves managing staff performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to support seamless practice operations and enhance patient care. \r Job Type \r Full-time \r Supervisory Responsibilities Include \r \r Lead and manage daily operations and interactions within the practice. \r Oversee scheduling, staff management, and the hiring and onboarding of new employees. \r Promote accountability and effective performance among team members. \r Serve as the main point of contact between staff and the Practice Area Manager. \r \r Essential Duties And Responsibilities \r \r Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including inventory management and financial analysis. \r Monitor staff training and development needs, implementing retraining programs and education sessions for staff and providers, ensuring compliance with training requirements (e.g., ACLS, BLS). \r Serve as a resource for staff, addressing concerns proactively. \r Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Marketing, to improve patient experience, streamline operations, and support business growth. \r Assist the Practice Area Manager in conducting regular reviews with providers and staff to assess practice performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans. \r Conduct monthly meetings with practice teams to enhance communication and ensure alignment on development expectations. \r Ability to perform all practice functions, excluding licensed positions. \r Perform other duties as assigned. \r \r Required Skills / Abilities \r \r Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. \r Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \r Proficiency in inventory control and regulatory compliance. \r Knowledge of managing the financial processes related to office visits, including billing, payments, and insurance processing. \r Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. \r Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. \r \r Education And Experience \r \r A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered. \r Proven experience in practice operations or healthcare administration. \r 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a medical office or clinic within the healthcare field. \r StrideCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
