What You’ll Do:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families & groups 
• Create and implement treatment plans 
• Maintain documentation & collaborate with your team 
• Engage in community events & outreach 
• Bring your humor, creativity, and authentic self to work every day  

Who We’re Looking For:  

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc. 
• Ability to supervise pre-licensed therapists 
• Experienced in intake, treatment planning & documentation 
• Skilled communicator & boundary-setter 
• Comfortable working with diverse clients from children to older adults 
• Familiar with EHR & telehealth platforms 
• Flexible, creative, and ready to grow with us 
• Willing to work in-person at our Upper St. Clair office with optional hybrid flexibility
• Some evening hours required.
