What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Provide nursing care based on resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and healthcare providers
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
• Support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care

What You'll Need

• Active Virginia LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and basic clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
• Assisted living, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is helpful but not required
