Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in Home Healthcare is needed in Saco, Maine. This position involves managing a caseload of adult medical-surgical, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary patients within a home care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team and utilize Epic (Electronic Medical Record) and Oasis experience.

• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, Epic/Epic Oasis experience, at least 2 years of clinical experience in home health, valid RN license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IV therapy, tube feeds, trachs, compression wraps, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, Foley catheters, lab draws, and other technical skills.
• Patient Ratios: Manage 20-25 patients with an expectation of 6 visits per day; may be used as a re-visit if agency needs change.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; schedule based on agency needs, including options for rotating weekends and permanent schedules of Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
• Additional Information: Call back required 2-4 times a month between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM; clinicians will be assigned a laptop, I-phone, nursing supplies, and equipment which must be returned upon departure. Dress code is business casual or scrubs (any color), with no jeans, open-toed shoes, or clothing with holes.
