Machine Operator

Bema, Incorporated, a recognized leading supplier to the flexible packaging industry; is looking for a Machine Operator to operate a pouch and/or bag machines with a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced organization. Key Responsibilities

• Operate pouch and/or bag manufacturing machines.
• Follow all company, quality, safety, housekeeping, and AIB procedures.
• Review job specifications and production requirements before machine setup.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality; make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and correct out-of-specification products.
• Perform minor maintenance.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

• Prior machine operating experience preferred.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime
