Sr. Vice President/Dir. Finance

Established real estate company with multiple divisions and entities located in the Fredericksburg area has an opening for the Company’s Senior Vice President/Director of Finance and Accounting. The position requirements include: Participate as a member of the Senior Management Team in developing strategic goals for portfolio property management; property acquisitions; project development and construction. Supervision and responsibility for the accounting department including daily accounting operations; financial reports for senior management; maintaining the Company’s books and records; coordination with the Company’s accounting firm for tax planning/regulation; and monitoring accounting systems/processes to optimize efficiencies. Loan portfolio management including all phases of loan maintenance including reporting to senior management and preparation of reports required by the Company’s bankers. Maintain and cultivate banking relationships as directed by the Senior Management Team.
