What You'll Do

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility.

You'll be a key player in:

• Supporting and mentoring nursing staff

• Promoting exceptional resident care and outcomes

• Assisting with clinical compliance and regulatory readiness

• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions

• Monitoring quality measures and driving performance improvement

• Assisting with infection prevention and clinical education initiatives

• Participating in admissions, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Supporting staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations

• Serving as a clinical resource and leader throughout the building

• Helping create a positive, engaged, and team-focused culture

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality measures and survey preparedness

• Infection prevention experience

• Staff development and education experience

• A passion for mentoring and growing future nurse leaders
