Manager, Product Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Product Delivery to lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering large-scale, complex initiatives across the Genius S roadmap. This role ensures delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs with a focus on time, cost, quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Technical Project Managers delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution, ensuring initiatives meet milestones and business outcomes. Escalate and manage delivery risks, RAID items, and resource challenges; act as the escalation point for delivery issues. Drive operational discipline, SteerCo reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders. Maintain momentum across the roadmap by prioritising initiatives and resolving issues with stakeholders to maintain progress. Demonstrate strong people management, executive communication, and ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced software delivery environment. Qualifications Significant project and program delivery experience across large-scale, complex initiatives. Strong people leadership and team management capability. Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. Solid understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile and waterfall). Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively. Experience with Jira and delivery governance processes.
