Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Support field teams to drive safe and efficient project execution Represent Setterlin professionally in all client and project interactions Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus 1+ years of commercial construction experience Proven experience managing projects in the $1M–$20M range Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office Location Columbus, OH Pay & Benefits Pay range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year Full medical, dental, and vision insurance The company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Actalent
