HJ Staffing is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Workers to join our team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and order for our client facilities. Job Schedule & Hours Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Days: Monday through Friday (with some weekends required) Key Responsibilities As a Housekeeping Worker, you will perform a variety of duties to ensure our client facilities remain sanitary, safe, and welcoming. Your daily tasks will include: Performing combinations of cleaning duties to maintain order, sanitation, and overall cleanliness across assigned areas. Cleaning, dusting, and straightening up designated facility spaces. Collecting, sorting, laundering, transporting, and distributing linens and uniforms. Monitoring and maintaining housekeeping supplies as needed. Operating basic hand tools and cleaning equipment safely. Strictly observing required safety precautions, especially when disposing of contaminated refuse. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience. Skills: Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices, handling cleaning chemicals, and operating standard cleaning equipment. Physical Demands: Must be physically able to lift between 25–50 pounds, as well as squat, stoop, or bend continuously as required for deep cleaning. Legal/Background Requirement: State law requires a National and State Background Check as a condition of employment for this role.
