A healthcare facility in Altoona, PA is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical services in a specialty setting. This per diem opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 42.5 hours during the assignment week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
• Educate patients and customers on medication usage and safety
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a patient-centered approach
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Retail and/or Long Term Care pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8.5 hours per day)
