Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 per year.

• Provide administrative support for human resources activities, including record maintenance, scheduling, and employee communications.

• Maintain employee information within HR systems and ensure records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and supporting new hire activities.

• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and department events while preparing materials and tracking participation.

• Support compliance initiatives by monitoring required training, documentation, and employment related records.

• Associate degree, Bachelor degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2+ years of human resources experience within a professional services or corporate environment.

• Previous experience working with HR systems, office applications, and employee record management processes.

• Strong understanding of general human resources practices and employment regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced setting.

• Professional HR certification is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Highly organized with strong time management, multitasking, and problem solving abilities.

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative work environment.
