Client Project Consulting Analyst - Health & Benefits

Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Medical RFP COE team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role can be based in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, or Seattle and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. As a Client Project Consulting Analyst – Health & Benefits, you will be a key contributor and focus on conducting client-based project work related to requests for proposals. Within this role, you will be facilitating the interaction among key stakeholders, conducting the analysis of the RFP results and producing a compelling story from the data collected. You will collaborate with both internal and external contacts to remain on schedule, resolve issues and enhance the overall experience and value that Mercer brings to its clients. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,000 to $108,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
