Engineering & Technology Manager

Reference: PR/608683_1788534871We are partnering with a global process manufacturing organization seeking an Engineering & Technology Manager to lead site engineering, technology, and capital project initiatives at a large-scale manufacturing facility.This role will oversee a team of engineers and technical professionals while driving process improvements, technology advancements, and capital projects aimed at improving safety, reliability, quality, and operational performance. As a member of the site leadership team, this individual will work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and EHS to support both day-to-day manufacturing excellence and long-term growth strategies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the site's Engineering & Technology teamIdentify and implement process and technology improvement opportunitiesManage capital projects from concept through executionOversee project budgets, contractor management, and equipment selectionPartner cross-functionally with plant leadership to improve operational performanceDrive continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction initiativesIdeal Background:BS degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)7+ years of engineering leadership experienceStrong capital project management experience within process manufacturingBackground in food ingredients, fermentation, specialty chemicals, biotech, industrial chemicals, or other highly regulated manufacturing environmentsProven people leadership and team development experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager, Plant Engineering Manager, Technology Manager, or Capital Projects Manager looking to step into a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over plant strategy and future growth.
