Work Environment\n

As a remote position, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker role offers you the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of a specialized educational team. You'll maintain a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and therapists, to create a cohesive support network for each student.

• Providing crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring swift and effective support.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues and available resources to foster understanding and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in educational or mental health settings.

• Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and crafting effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
