Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow established recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain function and independence. You will work collaboratively with the OT team, providing individualized care, maintaining a compassionate and client‑centered environment, and making referrals when appropriate to meet patients’ needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
