As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. You will assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it! Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Committed to making an impact. Agree to Apple’s standard operating procedures. Compensation Applebee’s® Hosts start at minimum wage per hour plus (tips) tip-out. Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, paid sick leave. Note: Daily Pay is not available in California. Physical Standards Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift and to use disinfectant cleaning supplies.
