At a Glance:

• Location: Chattanooga, TN (regional round-trip routes)
• Pay: $23/hr base + performance bonuses, plus OT on Solo2 (not Solo5) — Solo2 ~$61,000–$64,000/yr, Solo5 ~$84,000+/yr
• Schedule: Choose Solo2 (4 on/4 off), Solo5 (5 on/2 off), with the option to swap schedules with another driver for a season. Some daily/flex blocks may be available on a limited basis.

Choose your schedule:

Solo2 — 4 days on, 4 days off:

• Off about half the year
• Only two nights in the sleeper per 8-day cycle . You're home the other nights you work.
• Home every other night on the days you work, then four days off in a row
• Your schedule is set by mid-week , so you know your week before it starts

Solo5 — 5 days on, 2 days off:

• More days on per cycle means more nights out, but also more hours and more earning potential at the same base pay and bonus structure as Solo2
• Two full days off every week

Daily/Flex — limited availability:

• A small number of daily and flex routes are also available for drivers who want a different rhythm than Solo2 or Solo5

Want to switch it up for a season? Once you're driving, our driver swap system lets Solo2 and Solo5 drivers post, browse, and request seasonal swaps with each other — say, a Solo5 driver who wants more time at home trades with a Solo2 driver who wants to earn more for a stretch. A swap only happens when another driver is willing to make the matching trade, so it's not guaranteed or on-demand, but it's there when a match comes together.

What you'll do:

• Regional round-trip routes out of the greater Chattanooga area , hauling Amazon freight.
• Drop and hook , no-touch freight . No loading, unloading, pallet jacks, tarps, straps, HAZMAT, or doubles.
• Late-model branded sleeper cabs with a real bunk
• Company-provided device , so work stays off your personal phone
• HOS compliant every run

Pay, built as a stack:

• $23 per hour base rate , paid weekly, W-2 — the same rate for Solo2 and Solo5
• Overtime on your heavier weeks. On Solo2, weeks alternate: a lighter week around 40 hours is eligible to earn about $940 gross , and a heavier week with overtime about $1,400 gross . Solo5 runs more days per cycle but isn't eligible for overtime — Solo2 is. Because of those extra days, Solo5 weekly gross still trends higher and more consistently, on base rate plus bonuses — typically in the $1,550 to $1,700 gross range depending on bonuses.
• Up to $300 per month in performance bonuses: on-time departure, on-time arrival, and safety score, up to $100 each — the building blocks behind our Safe. On Time. Home. promise
• You may be eligible for a $500 bonus after you work your 90th day
• $200 referral bonus , open to anyone
• Based on this pay structure, and assuming you work full shifts/hours per year: Solo2 drivers can potentially earn roughly $61,000 to $64,000+ gross per year ; Solo5 drivers, running more days per cycle but not eligible for overtime under the Motor Carrier Exemption (MCE), can potentially earn roughly $84,000+ gross per year . Actual earnings vary by hours and routes assigned.

Equipment and safety support:

• Late-model branded sleeper cabs, serviced on schedule with issues handled fast
• Netradyne in-cab alerts for following distance, lane discipline, fatigue, and distraction. It also protects you if another driver files a false claim.
• Company-issued 

This job isn't for everyone, and we'd rather be upfront. This might not be your seat if you:

• Prefer driving without safety monitoring or GPS during shifts
• Cut corners on hours of service. We track and report HOS every run.
• Need specific holidays guaranteed off. Your off-blocks rotate year-round, and we can't guarantee the days right before or after major holidays.
• Have a complicated driving record. MVR and background standards are strict and non-negotiable.
• Need to smoke or vape in the cab.
• Want to bring a passenger.

What you'll need:

• Valid Class A CDL , 3+ months tractor-trailer experience preferred, open to discussing other backgrounds
• At least 21 years old
• Meet eligibility requirements in MVRC (motor vehicle records check)
• Current DOT medical certificate, and able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Able to read and speak English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
• Comfortable using a company-provided phone and range of digital applications for dispatch communication, DVIRs, HOS logging, navigation, and yard access.

Refer a driver for a $200 bonus: If you know a qualified CDL driver, have them apply and enter your email in the referral field. When they clear 90 days of active employment in good standing, you get a $200 gift card . No limit, open to anyone.

You'll be employed by 121 Partners, not by Amazon. 121 Partners is an independent Amazon Freight Partner operating under a separate program agreement with Amazon. Benefits are subject to plan eligibility requirements, including a minimum average number of hours worked per week set by the plan; extended leave or reduced hours can affect eligibility, and an employee premium contribution is required.
