Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Location: Naperville and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available) At Cortica, our BCBAs use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. We are a transdisciplinary team that values growth, collaboration, and quality care. Key Responsibilities Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference. Average 26 billable hours per week with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Participate in dual bonus programs: productivity bonus and ABA caseload bonus. Advocate for patient-centered therapy, collaborate with families and other clinicians, and ensure high-quality, outcome-based care. Maintain autonomy over scheduling and management of cases. Leverage administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing. Benefits Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,000 – $113,000, plus up to an additional 10% of monthly salary through a second bonus. Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Flexible Hybrid Role: Remote flexibility determined by the BCBA based on client needs.
