Talent Partner

The Talent Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success. This position focuses on delivering high-quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service. Identifies and engages candidates through proactive approaches. Reviews, pre-screens, and interviews candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Processes internal transfer requests. Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner. Regular follow-up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers. Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer. Coordinates and attends recruitment events. Reconciles computer reports to ensure consistent reporting statistics. Ability to effectively carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor. Works with internal and external customers. Collaborates frequently with individuals at director level or above. Key soft skills: A critical thinker and strategic thinker. A go-getter and self-starter. Able to manage high-volume recruiting environments. Required skills and experience: At least one year of related experience. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently. Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment. Working knowledge of effective recruiting and marketing strategies. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.
