Design Verification Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Design Verification Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What You’ll Do Represent the owner’s team as the Design Verification Lead for assigned utility, tank farm, and central corridor systems during the detailed design phase of the project. Coordinate and oversee all detailed design activities to support the Program Design Verification Lead and Project Manager, ensuring alignment between engineering disciplines, system owners, and design contractors. Review and verify detailed design deliverables, including Issued for Construction (IFC) packages, P&IDs, specifications, layouts, equipment packages, utility designs, and engineering calculations. Accountable for ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and schedule adherence across assigned systems and workstreams. What you’ll need Extensive engineering/design experience supporting large-scale pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, chemical, or regulated manufacturing capital projects. Strong experience supporting detailed design and design verification activities within GMP manufacturing environments. Experience working with EPCM firms, design contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on major capital projects. Proven experience supporting utility systems, central utility plants, process support infrastructure, or tank farm systems within pharmaceutical or industrial facilities.
