Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-52 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient. Scale and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide customer service and look for opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with charting and take x‑rays when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion for patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
