Key Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IEPs, therapeutic modalities, and adaptive equipment

• Ability to effectively manage time, organize caseloads, and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Document progress, update reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, aides, and other support staff to promote students’ functional mobility and engagement
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed
• Educate and guide caregivers and faculty regarding physical therapy programs and best practices
