Irrigation ManagerGood irrigation crews don't need another person telling them what to do. They need someone who knows how to lead the work.Someone who can look at the week's projects, the people available, the equipment, the weather and the customer commitments and figure out how to make it all come together.That's the Irrigation Manager we're looking for.You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of an established irrigation operation.Some days that means building schedules and assigning crews.Other days it means walking a job site, solving an equipment problem, coaching an employee, talking with a customer or figuring out why a project isn't hitting its numbers.You'll be responsible for:Leading and developing irrigation crewsPlanning schedules, staffing and equipmentMonitoring production, labor hours and project progressMaintaining high standards for quality and safetyCoordinating changes and additional work with customersMaking sure equipment is available and properly maintainedWorking closely with sales and other operational leadersImproving how the irrigation operation performsWhat matters most?You understand irrigation and you're ready to lead.We're looking for at least 4 years of related irrigation experience.
