We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team!

Put your skills to the test designing and optimizing creative for more than a dozen local, regional, and national brands.

As a Graphic Designer with Driscoll Media Group, you’ll craft imagery unique to each brand's personality; driving recognition across multiple industry verticals in both physical and digital mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Create designs, layouts, and backgrounds for professional sales and marketing assets that grab attention without relying on flashy, obnoxious, or cheap distractions.
• Create congruency between each brand asset, matching the typography, color palette, design, hierarchy and overall feel.
• Maintain or improve each brand's visual representation, color palette, depth, font selection, design, or visual hierarchy.
• Meet established project timelines, while maintaining or exceeding Driscoll Media Group's high quality standards.

Qualifications:

• The ability to adapt across unrelated industries, audiences, and visual identities without reusing the same design style.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in an omni-channel environment at different stages of a buyer journey.
• Experience with graphic design for service-based businesses; not e-commerce or product led brands.
• The ability to follow strategic direction while independently developing multiple visual concepts.
• The ability to convert AI-generated material into polished, brand-consistent commercial work.
• Exceptional typography, hierarchy, layout, and conversion-focused design judgment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; or other related creative software.
• Practical experience using generative AI for image creation, editing, concept development, backgrounding, and production acceleration. (You must know when it's appropriate to use AI generated images) .

What You'll Work On:

• Digital Assets, such as landing pages, websites, wireframes, social media advertisements, and content or VSL cutscenes.
• Sales Assets, such as sales presentations, 3-fold brochures, and visual product diagrams, infographics or representations.
• Print Advertising, such as door hangers, flyers, mailers, warranty forms, and company awards.

You’ll work with a small team, in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to collaborate on brand direction and strategy. High performers can earn leadership training and promotion opportunities, bonuses, and cross-training sessions with other departments.

Copywriting skills include additional compensation for the right candidate.

For the last two years, we have operated across a network of highly skilled subcontractors, and are currently undergoing an internal expansion to build an entirely in-house team which will manage our portfolio of more than a dozen high-value clients.
