Schedule

Part-Time Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but your role may include:

• Assisting with personal care needs such as dressing, showering, meals, and daily routines.
• Spending quality time together at home and in the community.
• Supporting participation in recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
• Helping create a structured, positive, and successful day.
• Encouraging independence while providing guidance and support when needed.
• Following established support strategies and behavior plans to help ensure safety and success.

Experience Preferred

• Behavioral support experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with seizure disorders.
• Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support Plans.

Qualifications

One of the following is required:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Gerontology, Human Services, or a related field

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass Pennsylvania background checks
• Ability to pass a drug screening
