**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of our team during designated shifts. The Shift Leader will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating team members, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and supervise team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
