Evergreen Real Estate Services is seeking an Analyst for Investments & Underwriting to support our acquisition and development initiatives. You will conduct detailed financial modeling, market research, and portfolio analysis, working closely with various teams to achieve financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in real estate finance.
